Dr. Jennifer Sorroza-Taylor earned her pre-doctoral dental degree in 1999 from Universidad de Guayaquil, Ecuador. After working as a General Dentist in Ecuador she spent a year at the New York University College of Dentistry as a Resident in the Advanced Program for International Dentists in Prosthodontics. Her clinical experience includes surgical extractions, clinical crown lengthening surgeries, fixed and removable prosthodontics, basic restorative work and placement and restoration of implants. After NYU, Dr. Sorroza-Taylor continued her education in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine between 2002-2005. Her Post Doctoral Residency included programs in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, Special Needs Dentistry, Patients with Mental Retardation & Developmental Disabilities, Alzheimer’s Disease and Geriatrics and Implant Certification 3I. Dr. Sorroza-Taylor stays up to date by attending continuing education courses and is an active member of the American Dental Association, The Florida Dental Association and The Atlantic Coast District Dental Association. Dr. Sorroza-Taylor also enjoys spending time with her family, and friends, rollerblading, going to the park with her two kids, and traveling. Dr. Sorroza-Taylor is fluent in both Spanish and English.
