Dr.
Steven D. Muckey is the founder of TLC Dental and the manager of its four
dental practices in Florida. He has been a licensed and practicing dentist
since 1980, and since that time has developed and successfully run several
dental practices and dental management companies throughout the state. Dr.
Muckey received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University and his
Bachelor of Science from UCLA. He has been Clinical Research Evaluator for over
17 years, and is the only Florida licensed dentist certified as a Quality
Assurance Auditor, assuring that the quality improvement and quality management
protocols in all TLC Dental offices are the benchmark for all other practices in
the state. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida
Dental Association, the Atlantic Coast District Dental Society, the Academy of
General Dentistry, the Georgetown
University Alumni Association of Ft. Lauderdale, and an interviewer for the
Georgetown University Admissions Committee. Previously, Dr. Muckey was a
Clinical Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental
Medicine, and has lectured and made speaking appearances internationally. Dr.
Muckey is also a member of the Credentialing Committeefor one
of the largest insurance companies in the state.
Dr.
Howard Finnk received his Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University in
1968, and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The University of Detroit/Mercy
College of Dentistry in 1972. He completed his postgraduate training to become
certified in the placement of the Imtek Mini Dental Implant. After 30
successful years in his private dental practice in suburban Detroit, he is now
an associate dentist with the TLC Dental Centers of South Florida. In addition,
he is a Clinical Adjunct Professor at the Dental College of Nova Southeastern
University. He is an active member of several dental organizations, including
the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Broward County
Dental Association, and the Atlantic Coast District Dental Society. He is also
a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Vedder Honors Society, is a
past-president of Alpha-Omega, and he is an Expert in Dentistry for
Allexperts.com and About.com.

Judy
E. Anoff serves as the Director of Operations for TLCs parent company,
Dental Practice Management, LLC. She has over 30 years of experience in the
Dental field working as a chairside dental assistant, office manager,
Assisting/Hygiene Instructor, Infection Control Coordinator at Nova Southeastern
University College of Dental Medicine, Practice Management and Clinical
Consultant. She consults and lectures nationally. She is a past President of
both Maryland Dental Assistants Association and Florida Dental Assistants
Association and still serves on the local, state and national level. She
recently finished serving a second term as DANB Chair and is still active on two
Dental Assisting National Board Committees. She is also serves on the Continuing
Education Advisory Committee for Broward Community College and The Advisory
Committee for Concorde Career Institute.
Fran
Stein-
Fran Stein has been
involved in the dental field for over 30 years. During this span of time, she
also went to Nova Southeastern University to earn a masters degree in psychology
and has her license as a psychotherapist. She spent several years in the field
of psychology. She held the position of director of a mental health unit where
she was responsible for managing over 30 staff. During this time, Fran received
extensive training in management, team communication and motivational coaching.
After several years, Fran decided to return to the dental field and trained as a
dental consultant providing services to dentists nationwide. She has presented
at many dental meetings on topics including systems management, team
organization, customer service, communication and patient relations. Fran has
her own dental practice management company focusing on the South Florida area.
She has been part of the TLC Dental team since 2005, where she has utilized her
unique combination of expertise in dental systems, management and psychotherapy.
